Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

Members are eligible for a refund of their membership fee if they cancel their membership at any time during their subscription for any reason. Refunds may be pro-rated based on the remaining time in the membership.

2. Process

To request a refund for any paid membership options, please contact [email protected] and provide your membership number and the date you would like to cancel your membership. ICF CLE will process your refund within 10 business days.

3. Exceptions

There are a few exceptions to our refund policy. We do not offer refunds for:

• ICF CLE does not handle ICF Global membership refunds.
• Memberships that have been purchased as part of a promotion.
• Memberships that have been canceled due to breach of our terms of service.
